Appalachian Highlands Reaches 100-School Milestone

We are shouting it from the rooftops: Communities In Schools of Appalachian Highlands has officially reached a massive milestone, now partnering with over 100 schools across the region!

To celebrate this growth, Student Support Coordinators mobilized across 115 school sites to host attendance awareness events. Every student present was greeted with a special surprise to reward their commitment to showing up and working hard. Reaching 100 schools isn't just a number—it’s a testament to the growing scale of our mission to support students and families across the Highlands.
